Rooibos grows only in South Africa's Cederberg mountains, where the Khoisan drank it centuries ago. It isn't a true tea — it contains no caffeine at all — but drinks like one: its reddish, naturally sweet, tannin-free infusion is rich in aspalathin and other unique antioxidants, and suits children, pregnancy and high blood pressure alike.
