Once dried or blanched, nettle loses its sting and reveals its true nature: one of Europe's most nutritious plants, rich in iron, chlorophyll, magnesium and silica. Tradition has always turned to it in spring, when the body 'changes its oil': it cleanses, remineralises and tones. The root is also used, with its own indications for the prostate.

Infuse dried leaves, 2–3 cups a day; also in soups and omelettes, like a wild spinach.
